Sine Qua Non is the creation of pioneering winemaker, Manfred Krankl, and is a world-famous cult winery revered for producing miniscule quantities of unique Rhône-inspired wines using estate-grown and purchased fruit from some of the greatest vineyards across the Central Coast. The 2014 vintage is a blend of 81% Syrah, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Touriga Nacional and 1% Graciano. A beautifully full-bodied red with elegant tannins and chocolate, liquorice complexity.
