Sourcing grapes from exceptional parcels of old vines around Tuscany, Bibi Graetz has since his inaugural release in 2000, forged a reputation as one of the most exciting cult winemakers in Italy. Testamatta is a soulful wine and is a wonderful expression of 100% Sangiovese. The 2016 is immensely concentrated and powerful, imbued with dense and spicy dark cherry fruit, floral perfume and crushed stone minerality. Wild, singular and iconic.
