The aromas are characteristic of this variety, with notes of apricot, white peach, and green fig followed by smoky scents, vanilla, soft caramel, and cinnamon. The palate is indulgent, round, and well-balanced with natural sweetness. There is a mixture of dried fruits, including apricot, vine peach, and very ripe nectarine.
