Drink it now or cellar for up to 8 years. No need to decant, but best to open it half an hour before service. Located in the heart of California's Napa Valley, Adulation is a family-owned winery that is part of the Fior di Sole wine group owned by Valentina Guolo and Stefano Migotto, first-generation Venetian immigrants with extensive experience in the wine industry. The company purchases grapes from the best local winemakers. Thanks to the perfect combination of terroirs, the exceptional climate of California, and the use of cutting-edge oenological technologies and equipment, Adulation produces Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zinfandel wines of great balance and with an excellent quality/price ratio. Perfect expression of the Californian sunny climate, this elegant Pinot Noir reveals a translucent ruby color. Its aromatic profile is fragrant with captivating notes of ripe red fruit such as raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberries, followed by some hints of undergrowth and spices. On the palate it has a medium body and fine, well-integrated tannins. It is fruity, soft, and well-balanced with a marked acidic and refreshing streak. The finish is long, juicy, and pleasant. It is the perfect wine with roast duck or guinea fowl, tomato-based dishes, and even baked salmon.
