Merchant's description

Allan Scott Estate Sauvignon Blanc opens with generous tropical fruit and the fresh, herbaceous lift Marlborough is known for. Juicy passion fruit brings a lively zest to the palate, while a rounder, fuller texture keeps everything beautifully balanced. It finishes clean and dry, which makes it an easy choice for a midweek glass, and just as welcome at a dinner party. Food pairing This dry white wine is a natural partner for seafood. Try it with grilled prawns, fish and chips, or a simple piece of pan-fried sea bass. It’s also lovely with goat’s cheese, asparagus, herby salads and Thai-style dishes, where the fruit stands up nicely to a little spice and lime. Serving suggestion Serve well chilled, at around 8–10°C. About Allan Scott Wines Allan Scott is a true family winery in Marlborough, New Zealand.
