`Allante M et Boulanger C Sous Poids 2019 is a medium-bodied Chardonnay white wine from the Jura region of France. Managed by Mathieu Allante and Christian Boulange, Allante & Boulanger is a winery project run in two cellars – one in Rotalier, one in Gizia – in the heart of the Jura. Vineyards are managed biodynamically with some regenerative practices. Sous Poids is produced from 80-year-old Chardonnay vines growing on grey marl soil in the lieu-dit Patarate in Rotalier. The wine is vinified and aged in old foudres for 20 months. No sulphur dioxide is added at any stage. Sapid and slightly `sauvage`.
