Vincent Dancer Bourgogne Blanc 2021 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Bourgogne appellation. Born in Alsace, Vincent Dancer is a relatively new producer who adopts a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. He set up his domaine in the lower part of Chassagne-Montrachet in 1996 and more recently has been joined by his son Théo. On the 2022 Bourgogne Blanc.
