Based in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Robert Groffier is well-known for having some of the most desirable sites in the Côte de Nuits. Groffier has been an early adopter of sustainable viticulture, and the use of herbicides has been forbidden since 2005. The domaine’s Bonnes-Mares is typically made entirely with whole bunches and matured in one-third new oak.
