Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Bourgogne appellation. The Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey estate was formed in 2001 when Pierre-Yves Colin and his wife Caroline Morey – both from Burgundy winemaking families – joined forces. Today they produce wines from approximately 13 hectares of vineyards, situated in the villages of Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault. "from a mix of Meursault, St. Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne A super-fresh nose is comprised mostly by notes of citrus and apple scents. The racy, delicious and agreeably textured middleweight flavours offer enough depth, persistence and development potential to warrant a few years of cellaring." Burghound, 2023
