Breg Bianco Gravner 2011 is a skin-contact natural wine made from Ribolla Gialla, along with a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. Each grape is fermented separately utilising wild yeasts and without temperature control, showcasing Gravner’s non-interventionist philosophy. The wine undergoes an extended maceration process, followed by ageing in amphorae for several months and subsequently in large oak barrels for six years. This method preserves the individual characteristics of the grape varieties while allowing them to express the unique terroir of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
