Merchant's description
The 2009 release from Haut-Médoc property, Château Cantemerle, is composed of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot and 6% Cabernet Franc. Very attractive black-cherry colour with brilliant highlights, with great mulberry fruit concentration on the palate and well-knit tannins. This is a classic vintage for the property. Decant two hours before serving with duck and olives, leg of lamb or soft cheeses.
