Merchant's description

Established in 1959, William Fèvre has emerged as a significant landowner in Chablis, boasting holdings in six out of the seven Grand Cru appellations. Committed to limiting yields, the estate has embraced organic cultivation methods since 2000. This particular release comes from ‘Côte Bouguerots’ a lieu-dit within the Grand Cru Bougros. Expect an intriguing aromas profile featuring citrus fruit, peach skin, honeysuckle and oyster shell. The palate is well balanced and mineral-driven, with a fine thread of acidity, notes of white fruit and spices.
