Domaine Rossignol-Trapet was founded in 1961 through the marriage of Jacques Rossignol and Mado Trapet. The estate, which is situated in Gevrey-Chambertin, has been managed by brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol since 1990. This is their 2020 Chambertin Grand Cru, produced from a total of 1.6 hectares in two parcels that run from the bottom of the slope to the top. Expect notes of dark plums, blackberries, rose petals, spices and just a hint of smoke.
