Domaine Rossignol-Trapet Chambertin 2022 is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Grand Cru climat of Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits. Established in 1990, Domaine Rossignol Trapet began its conversion to biodynamic viticulture in 2005 and was officially certified organic and biodynamic in 2008. The domaine`s 2022 Chambertin is produced from 45-85-year-old Pinot Noir vines with 10% new oak used for élévage. At this stage expect a juicy red berry perfume and subtle earthy spice combined with a fine tannic structure.
