Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge 2022 is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Chassagne-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Fontaine-Gagnard is a family-run domaine with approximately 12 hectares of vineyards. It was formed in 1985 by Laurence Gagnard and her husband Richard Fontaine after Laurence inherited part of Domaine Gagnard-Delagrange. The family`s Chassagne Rouge is produced from a 1.5ha plot of Pinot Noir vines. The wine is made with destemmed grapes and is matured in 20% new oak.
