Merchant's description

Chavost Rosé de Saignée NV is a non-vintage rosé Champagne crafted from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier. Bottled as a Brut Nature by this progressive co-op, it is made entirely by the saignée (bleeding) method for a deep hue and concentrated flavour. It reveals a powerful, dry profile with racy acidity and intense red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and stewed blackcurrant, framed by savoury, toasty notes from extended ageing on the lees.
