Merchant's description
Collard-Picard ADN Noir is crafted from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from the Vallée de la Marne. This house adheres to traditional methods, using natural fermentation and a minimum of 60% reserve wine in its blend. The Champagne undergoes 12 months of ageing in oak barrels, followed by prolonged maturation in cellars. This extra brut Champagne offers nuanced expression with notes of fresh apple, citrus and subtle breadiness.
