A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, the 2000 release from illustrious Second Growth Château, Cos d’Estournel, is a superb example of high-class St-Estèphe that is now entering its peak drinking phase. It exhibits all the hallmarks of this fabled vintage with huge amounts of fruit concentration, sumptuous texture and an incredibly long, elegant finish. Decanting before service is recommended.
