The property is part of the wider Baron Philippe de Rothschild portfolio of estates, including Mouton Rothschild. The 2008 vintage is a classic expression of the Château, a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Round and full-bodied, marked by notes of Morello cherries, roasted coffee beans and vanilla.
