Merchant's description
Dom Pérignon 1995 is a vintage Champagne crafted from a blend of approximately 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from 100% Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. This brut expression underwent extensive aging on its lees for around seven years. The 1995 growing season featured an exceptional summer with heatwave conditions from late June and low rainfall, resulting in optimally mature grapes harvested from September 18th for Chardonnay and September 25th for Pinot Noir.
