Merchant's description
First created in 1876 for the Tsar of Russia, Cristal is the flagship champagne of Louis Roederer that has become synonymous with luxury. This release is the 2012 vintage presented in a magnificent Methuselah – which serves the equivalent of some 50 champagne flutes. The 2012 vintage is a blend composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from Grand Cru, low-yielding vines. The cuvée is rich and complex, boasting notes of almond pastry, vanilla, candied lemon and a touch of white flowers.
