Merchant's description
Dom Ruinart 2007 is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grands Crus in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. With characteristic subtlety and elegance, the nose is fresh, fruit-driven and floral. After aeration faint hints of oyster shell, flint and smoke also emerge. The palate is smooth and refined and flows into a long, mineral-tinged finish.
