Domaine de la Couvette is a fifth‑generation family estate run by Gautier Marion in the rolling hills of southern Beaujolais, where 11 hectares of organically farmed vines—some up to 50 years old—are worked with deep respect for tradition. The wine is made using classic carbonic maceration in old concrete vats, followed by gentle pressing and cool, traditional vinification, all aimed at preserving purity and freshness. The 2023 Organic Beaujolais is garnet‑coloured with purple highlights, opening with bright aromas of ripe red berries, lifted by subtle spicy and earthy notes. The palate is fruity, supple and well‑balanced, carried by a smooth line of minerality that keeps everything fresh and easy‑drinking. Its clean structure and vibrant fruit make it an effortlessly enjoyable expression of organic Beaujolais.
