This bottling represents one of the region’s noble grape varieties, which is fermented to a medium-rich sweetness and then aged via the traditional heat-based process. The bouquet is intensely complex, filled with aromas of moist tobacco, toffee, smoke, dried leather and fig. On the palate, it balances nearly 100 grams of residual sugar per litre with a fine, vivid acidity that ensures the wine feels elegant rather than heavy. It concludes with a long finish featuring notes of wet rocks and nutmeg, embodying the classic style of Boal.
