Situated in the Pomerol appellation, Château La Fleur-Pétrus is a widely regarded estate producing elegant Merlot-dominant wines. Since 1952 the property has been owned by Jean Pierre Moueix, who also owns Pétrus. The wines are typically vinified in cement and stainless-steel vats, and then aged in a combination of new and old French oak barrels for 18 months.
