Established in the early 20th century by Etienne Sauzet, the estate has been nurtured by successive generations of the Sauzet family. The 2014 `Les Combettes` presents an alluring nose featuring citrus, hints of white flowers, and damp stones. A superbly invigorating acidity provides the framework for flavours of lemon curd, crisp Granny Smith apple, and a pronounced mineral character.
