Merchant's description

Château Troplong Mondot is a Bordeaux producer ranked as Premier Grand Cru Classé [B] in the Saint-Émilion classification, which was updated in 2022. After more than 80 years in the hands of the Valette family, the property was purchased by French insurance firm SCOR in 2017, who appointed Aymeric de Gironde as its director. The 2009 vintage in Bordeaux was widely acclaimed, producing wines with exceptional concentration, balance and aging potential. Drinking well now.
