Allante M et Boulanger C La Chèvre 2019 is a medium-bodied, skin-contact Chardonnay white wine from the Jura region of France. Managed by Mathieu Allante and Christian Boulange, Allante & Boulanger is a winery project run in two cellars – one in Rotalier, one in Gizia – in the heart of the Jura. Vineyards are managed biodynamically with some regenerative practices. The La Chèvre cuvée is produced from a tiny, 0.2ha plot of 90-year-old Chardonnay vines growing on white/grey marls on a ridge above Rotalier. Matured for 24 months in used demi-muids, this is a wine of exceptional concentration and depth
