Brunello di Montalcino Salvioni Cerbaiola Magnum 2006
Brunello di Montalcino Salvioni Cerbaiola Magnum 2006 is a dry, full-bodied red from Sangiovese (Brunello di Montalcino, Italy), in the rich, smooth reds style. Tannins are moderate and acidity fresh; oak influence is some. Those scales describe the wine when young; this is a 20-year-old bottle and its tannin and oak will have softened. Good with steak, beef stew, chilli con carne, lamb.
