Domaine de la Vougeraie is one of the newer producers in Burgundy, with the first vintage being 1999. It was created through the amalgamation of several vineyards acquired by the Boisset family in Côte d`Or. The 2018 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru opens up in the glass with aromas of plums, warm spices and creamy new oak. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is velvety and enveloping, with a broad attack and an ample core of fruit.
