A rare white Nuits-St-Georges produced from a parcel of vines planted to 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc. The initial nose is light and floral, evolving into notes of ripe citrus and tart clementines. As the wine ages, the aromas turn to white peaches and elderberries. The palate is rich with a noticeable freshness. The Chardonnay component brings wonderful structure and minerality, whilst the Pinot Blanc adds complexity. Wonderfully rich with a long finish. Ideal for accompanying seafood, white meats and cheeses.
